To celebrate the excellence of UK boutique businesses, we're organising our inaugural awards ceremony. Those selected for consideration will not only have the opportunity to win a free stock replenishment but will also receive substantial online and social media exposure, content creation, and even commission-based incentives!

We're looking to connect with Boutique Camping sites of all shapes and sizes, each offering a unique flare and something new to offer!

The awards will be broken into six categories, where each shortlisted site will have the opportunity to take lead... so don't be disheartend if your site's a little smaller or you're just starting up, the Boutique Camping awards are all about quality over quantity!

That's right, EVERY site who applies to take part leaves with something to shout about.. you're a boutique business after all!

APPLY TO TAKE PART!

Shortlisted sites will feature in all categories and voted for by the public. The site with the most overall points will win a £1500 stock replenish.

2nd place - £500 voucher.
3rd place - £250 voucher.

All Boutique Camping sites that enter will be provided with a unique affiliate code to pass on to their guests.

Guest: gets £10 off order.
Business: receives 3% commission.

We often get asked by customers if we hire our tents, as we no longer provide this service, this is where we like to send them your way! ALL sites that enter will feature in a 'Boutique Camping - UK sites' blog, which will have a compelling introduction and direct links to book.

The 10 sites that get shortlisted into the awards will get to host the Boutique Camping creatives for a day or two where we'll be capturing the beauty of your tents and the grounds their pitched on. (video, photo & drone). Sites will be provided with the content FREE of charge!

Following the vote count, the winning site will be showcased in a dedicated and detailed blog post, featuring a BC review, a complementary video, and encouraging links to book a stay. We'll promote it across our social media and newsletters, reaching a broad audience.

Whilst all visited sites will appear in a vlog-umentry road trip Youtube video, the winner will have their very own dedicated full-length montage made for them. It will cover all things from the tents to a 'meet the owners' segment. This video will be showcased online and via all BC socials!

Our road trip, which will be built of our sites visits, will be documented to later put in a youtube compilation video used to promote the awards. Each site will be showcased and credited with direct links to book stays.

Recently at BCHQ, we've been reflecting on the incredible community of glamping-related businesses in which our tents call home. We enjoy learning about the stories, events, new ventures, and all the exciting happenings. Therefore, we're eager to share and promote our customers' Boutique journeys through a new online magazine, set to launch in AW24.

While travelling around the UK to visit various Boutique glamping and camping sites, we encounter some of the most picturesque locations. To sum up our 2024 awards road trip, we plan to create a hardback photobook that showcases the best stunning set-ups from our travels.

Spread throughout the heights of SS24, with the winners being announced once the season is over, the timings of the awards aim to allow the highest possible number of returning and new guests to experince your site before the voting stage goes live.

Currently, the Boutique Camping Site Awards exclusively accept applications from permanent sites in the UK that stock or will have boutique camping tents available in time for the tour. However, we also acknowledge the numerous international sites, hire services, and event companies within our boutique camping network and aim to give them due credit too. We are committed to initiating new projects that benefit all boutique businesses throughout the year and into 2025. Stay tuned for updates!
