A1* = new/unused, A1 = very good, A2 = average (issue will be stated), A3 = below average or problem
Ex-demo items are available on a first come, first serve basis. If we do not receive the payment within the hour time slot, the status of your requested items will unfortunately return to ‘available’ - this is to give every camper a fair chance.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £10 per ex-demo product, however if your item exceeds the standard weight, you would like multiple items or you are not UK based, then this fee will increase accordingly to your order specifics.
We aim to ship your goods within 24 hours of the payment being received. UK orders will be sent with a next day delivery service, for non-UK orders you can expect to receive your goods within 3-7 days.
Ex-demo listings are not covered under the Boutique Camping standard warranty. Damage or faults are detailed per each listing to ensure full transparency before we confirm your order and request payment.
If you are not happy with your item/s , you have 14 days of receiving the tent to be eligible for a full refund.
We can arrange the collection, however costs for this will be covered by the customer and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Please note, due to the weight of tents, for non UK-Mainland customers wishing to return ex-demo items, charges may be high.
