We offer very competitive shipping rates to the UK, Europe and America. Delivery charges will be calculated as the items are being added to the basket. You can see what the charges are by clicking the shipping estimator at any point during the shopping process to show the costs for the items in the basket at that time.

When you place a order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system.
All goods ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Once the order is dispatched you will be sent a email with the tracking number for your consignment. Most our UK deliveries will be made by DPD and deliveries are made between 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday, Please add your Mobile number to the order and they will text you you hour window when to expect it on the the day of delivery.
If you are ordering over the weekend, we will not be able to deliver on Monday.
At Boutique Camping we try our upmost to keep our customers happy. We will do our best to have your goods delivered in the UK next day, however we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery and can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. In most cases, goods will be received the next day if ordered before 2pm but occasionally can take up to 2-3 days. Please only contact us if you have not received your goods after this time.
Please note that large orders may need to be sent by pallet rather than courier, this will depend on the volume of products been ordered. Please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK of orders of 20 or more products.

Please Note: For all shipments outside the EU will not pay our 20% VAT. This means you will be discounted 20% from our product prices. This will all be calculated at check out.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product via email email@example.com or alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)203 394 2986.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service; you are required to pay for any unwanted return or alternatively you can use our renegotiated courier services. Please contact us for return address and ensure to include your customer order details with the package, as we are unable to process the returned goods without this information. Before returning your purchase, please ensure the goods are in the same condition as they were originally sent. Unwanted products must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Product must not have been used or assembled in any way. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend that you get proof of postage for any returns. Boutique Camping Supplies Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable. Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is unused, we will issue a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping for both directions.
Returns from outside the UK
Boutique Camping cannot arrange any collections of unwanted or faulty goods from outside the UK. If your order is faulty, we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the shipping amount once we have received a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number for products returned so we are able to track the parcel. If you simply wish to return unwanted goods, then you will have to cover the return delivery charge. 12 Months Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty for our tents against any manufacturing defects and are additionally able to accommodate with any spare parts and accessories. Due to the complexity of camping our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect. Our tents have been built to withstand extreme weather conditions however the warranty does not include damage transpired from hostile environments. We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us on email@example.com so we are able to confirm the defect or damage and resolve the issue immediately.
Manufacturing defects include
For manufacturing defects and damage during transit, we offer our customers a ‘Swap it Service’ for deliveries within the UK; our courier will come to you with the new product and swap it at your doorstep for the old one. For returns from outside of the UK we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the shipping amount upon receiving a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number for products returned so we are able to track the parcel.
